Information on Shree Computer are not only recommendations but also not intended as guidelines. Shree Computer is not liable or responsible for the actions of users or other individuals who have read or been informed of such information or other written material.

Shree Computer undertake to follow all local tax legislation for the sale of digital signature and related products in the countries in which it operates, such as payment of  Gst, if any applicable.

Shree Computer reserves the right to change these terms any time.

Eligibility to buy online

By placing an order on SCREWA.IN, the user confirms that he/she is at least 18 years of age.

Shree Computer reserves the right to restrict users from buying on SCREWA.IN if the user is not buying the products for his/her own purposes. Shree Computer also reserves the right not to ship products to such users. All prices on SCREWA.IN are subject to change without any notice.

Registering

Each user can only register once with his/her street address (P.O. boxes or similar arrangements are not permitted) and can only have one account. In addition, users must not provide misleading information on registering.

The chosen user name must not in any way be indecent, insulting or intended to deceive or mislead other users. Users are responsible for keeping their passwords confidential.

Shree Computer reserves the right to change or terminate an account and annul purchases on that account at any time if the user is in breach of these terms.

All products bought are non-refundable

Paying for products

Products can be paid for by using a credit / debit card or netbanking facilitated by payment gatway . Shree Computer reserves the right to stop delivery if the user does not render payment. Shree Compuer is not responsible for technical problems at the supplier of the payment solution.

Once an order is closed, the user goes to My Account for information on the total price and payment details. The buyer must also provide an accurate delivery address on the account before Shree Computer can ship the product. After Shree Computer has shipped the product, it will take a few days for it to reach the buyer in case of physical products.

Deliveries and returns

The product will be delivered to the address specified by the user under My Account. All technical service and product support matters must be taken up directly with the manufacturer according to their terms. Refund policy applies only if  Shree Compuer is unable to deliver the end product after placement of an order. Refund policy does not apply if the buyer is unable to submit relevant documents for processing the order or submits invalid documents not acceptable to the validation team.

Shree Computer cannot be held responsible for disruptions in operations and temporary unavailability of website SCREWA.IN service is normally always active, 10 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, due to circumstances beyond Shree Computer  control, the service may experience disruptions in operations.  Shree Computer is not responsible for the site becoming overloaded and the consequences thereof.

Applicable law

These terms and conditions are subject / governed by the laws of Republic of India. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Rewa Madhya Pradesh , India.
